Thank you for helping us pick our inspiration color for our kitchen makeover. BTW, that picture is no longer in the kitchen—none of those pictures are! The green is on the walls though.

Jim and I love watching Color Splash on HGTV. We’ve gotten further inspiration from the shows. Thanks to David Bromstad of CS, I am using a lemon yellow as our ‘pop’ color. I’ve even gone so far as to fill two clear vases with faux lemons AND I’m even going to try my hand at acrylic-painting-on-canvas a slice of lemon (thanks again to David Bromstad).

The whole downstairs is getting a makeover! You’ll have to come for lunch or just coffee one afternoon.
