Our Answer to the Polar Vortex

Baby, it's cold outside...again.  Even our bon bons (who love living in 0 to 40-degree temperatures year 'round), have been pining for a taste of the tropics.

So, we got to work in the kitchen.  This year, we've combined a sweet graham cracker crust with creamy tangy key lime filling to create the South 'n France Key Lime Pie Bon Bon.  Our thin layer of chocolate surrounding the bon bon adds just the right amount of gravitas to this bright and sunny citrus sensation.

Although they're not yet officially for sale, we will unveil our Key Lime Pie Bon Bons at the Wilmington Wine & Chocolate Festival, this coming weekend January 31- February 2, 2014.  Come by the South 'n France Bon Bon booth to sample our newest creation that blends the sweet flavors of the South with traditional French bon bon-making technique.  One bite and we guarantee that, at least for a moment, you'll feel the sun on your face; you'll smell suntan lotion and the ocean breeze; and you'll taste the tart, refreshing citrus flavor that perfectly complements a summer sunset in Key West.

The great Jimmy Buffett once said:  "“If life gives you limes make margaritas.”   We'd like to respectfully add "...or bon bons."
